Today we go to Yorkshire, England, to try some old world beer. This is the Black Sheep Ale, one I hadnt seen before, but it looked worth trying. The label says "crisp, dry, and bittersweet".Starts off light and carbonated, and a good bit of malty sweetness. The hop flavors are light, but floral and definitely dry. Theres a thin sourness that tends to take over the flavor later, a bit too much for my liking. Nice enough, but I think I'll pass next time.
